You may already know me as your local lab girl! I’ve spent over a decade working in the medical field, but movement has always been the constant thread in my life. I love challenging myself, trying new things, and finding joy in feeling strong and capable in my body. That curiosity eventually led me to Pilates—and once I found these fitness classes, I never looked back.
Why Pilates?
Pilates didn’t just change how I moved; it changed how I felt. It taught me how to slow down, tune in, and build strength with intention. Over time, it became more than a workout—it became a form of self-care, a reset button, and a space where both my body and mind felt supported. Looking for personalized attention in your fitness journey? Our private Pilates sessions are designed to strengthen your body and are tailored to your specific needs and goals. Whether you're just starting out with fitness classes, aiming to enhance your athletic performance, or seeking one-on-one instruction, our experienced instructor will help you achieve your objectives.
All you need for your private Pilates session are some sticky socks (bare feet are also good!), comfortable clothing, and water. We’ll take care of everything else — equipment, setup, and the good vibes — so you can focus on enjoying your time, moving, breathing, and feeling amazing as you strengthen your body.
24-Hour Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any private Pilates session or fitness classes.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, as well as no-shows, will be charged in full for the session. This policy is in place to respect the instructor’s time and to allow availability for other clients looking to strengthen their body through our classes.
If you are running late, please note that your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to accommodate following appointments.
We understand that life happens. In the case of illness or emergencies, please reach out as soon as possible — exceptions may be considered at our discretion.
